How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We use Australia Post for all domestic orders. All orders are packed and sent within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Shipping times are 5-8 business days for standard post, and 2-5 business days for express post. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

Do you ship internationally?

We look forward to introducing international shipping in the near future, however at this time we only ship to Australian customers.

How do shipping fees work?

Terra Cruda uses a range of carriers for our domestic orders to ensure the most cost effective and reliable delivery on your orders.

Our shipping prices are calculated based on the below conditions:

I want to return an item. How do I do that?

Firstly please send us an email at info@terracrudahome.com so we can understand the nature of your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label so that you can send it back to us.

Unfortunately we cannot accept change of mind returns, returns on personal care goods, gift cards or any items that are edible or customisable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

I can see an item is sold-out. Will it be restocked?

Some of our items are frequently restocked, however, other items are a little more unique. They may be vintage or one-of-a-kind (which we think makes them all the more special). You’ll be able to tell which products these are, as they'll say ‘one of a kind’ in the product title.

What wait time can I expect for a pre-order item?

Any items that are available for pre-order will have a pre-order button in place of the ‘Add to cart’ button. Underneath that button you can see a time window for when you should expect to receive the item.

Are your products sustainably and ethically sourced?

Yes! We have carefully curated a collection of pieces that take the environment into account in all facets of production and sale. This means that our artists and craftsmen have sustainable and ethical production at the forefront of their minds during the creation of their work.

We also exclusively use sustainable packaging goods including recyclable boxes, compostable mailers and eco-friendly hex wrap in place of bubble wrap. We encourage our customers to recycle all packaging materials.

Do you have any store locations where I can see the products in person?

Currently we are a fully online retailer. We look forward to potentially opening a store in the future however at this time we are online only. If you have questions about the products or would like additional images, please feel free to email us on info@terracrudahome.com.
